I developed digital initiatives to develop follower acquisition and increase engagement with our products. Through the implementation of a clear and structured weekly and monthly content plan, as well as influencer marketing campaigns and paid digital marketing campaigns, I helped to communicate the brand identity to new leads, and convert these into sales. Traditional media public relations and advertising efforts focussed on high end features of our products, and I was responsible for the execution of a number of product photo shoots. I gained coverage for the company in magazines such as Homes & Interiors Scotland and Good Homes Magazine as well as many online publications with strong SEO backlinks. I developed my skills in e-commerce focussed digital content further, and helped to generate new leads, engage our customers and create a clear connection between stores and the online brand identity.

After creating an integrated social media strategy, I worked toward implementing key ideas through online digital content in order to increase brand awareness, create engaging campaigns and marketing material and help to increase the commercial value of social networks by reaching new audiences. Creating video, graphic and copy based content to actively target the current online database. Working with suppliers and online influencers, I developed graphic, video and copy to expand organic reach on social and search platforms . My biggest achievement during my time with Tiso was helping to share the story of Mollie Hughes, the youngest woman in the world to summit Mount Everest from both the North and South sides in May 2017. Working closely with some of the biggest outdoor brands from around the world, I have had the opportunity to develop PR and outreach projects that have exceeded the expected outcomes and built on the application of social channels for customer service and customer engagement activities.

Responsible for researching and creating a digital visual marketing project in line with the organisation's corporate communications strategy for their 125th Anniversary. I took the lead on researching and collating archive data, developing concepts and proposals for a short digital documentary, creating proposal documents and pitching to members of the board, highlighting key areas of research and engagement, production processes, budget requirements and limitations. I co-ordinated all information between involved parties and ensured the professional completion of all stages of the production planning process within tight timescales. I also took the lead role in the production, including managing the entire filming and editing process, liaising with volunteers and external partners, social media engagement, content development, copy-writing, website management and managing schedules and contacts. I was also assisting with any associated administrative duties and the awards dinner event production process.

I received training to develop skills in digital consumer engagement tactics including SEO content development, and by progressing through the development process, I was responsible for personal scheduling and target achievement, managing my shift patterns with peak periods. As a customer facing role, I continued to use my exceptional customer service skills gained from four years in retail to achieve sales and build customer relationships for future sales. This role also allowed me to explore practical applications of social marketing and has provided the opportunity to partake in extensive training in brand loyalty creation and maintenance.
