HR & Event Administration Assistant
Providing Administrative and Human Resources functional support across the festival and events season. Optimising recruitment and screening processes, administrating the deployment of security and stewards on site at events, collating data and reports for festival organisers and our organisation. Assisting with the planning and logistics of the security operations of stages, response teams and campsites. Utilising knowledge of event management at major sporting events to streamline processes and provide new insight into staff related issues. Creating and managing social media platforms and content - using knowledge of marketing principles to work closely with festival organisers to actively engage with festival customers and potential new staff members. Developing digital marketing and recruitment opportunities and implementing other digital initiatives across the business.
