Brand Associate (Digital Sales)

Adidas EU

In this role I was responsible for engaging in conversation with customers and clients, both individually online aiming to convert experience and knowledge into sales. The primary role was aimed at sales and marketing to consumers through the Adidas UK website, utilising the company's e-commerce structure. I was responsible for answering queries about Adidas products and policies throughout Europe as part of a UK based team of Brand Associates, managed centrally by Adidas EU Co-ordinators. I received training to develop skills in digital consumer engagement tactics including SEO content development and by progressing through a selection process, I was responsible for personal scheduling and target achievement, managing my shift patterns with peak periods. By creating photographic marketing and short copy content for my own social media profiles, using provided marketing samples and images, I aimed to positively promote the brand. As a customer facing role, I continued to use my exceptional customer service skills gained from four years in retail to achieve sales and build customer relationships for future sales for the company. This role also allowed me to explore practical applications of social marketing and has provided the opportunity to partake in extensive training in consumer engagement and brand loyalty creation and maintenance.
