I was responsible for the planning and implementation of social media, email marketing and public relations based communications and customer service in this role. I developed digital initiatives to develop follower acquisition and increase engagement with our products. Through the development of a clear and structured weekly and monthly content plan, as well as influencer marketing campaigns and paid digital marketing campaigns, I helped to communicate the brand identity to new leads, and convert these into sales. Traditional media public relations and advertising efforts focussed on high end features of our products, and I have been responsible for the execution of a number of product photo shoots. I gained coverage for the company in magazines such as Homes & Interiors Scotland and Good Homes Magazine as well as many online publications with strong SEO backlinks. I developed my skills in e-commerce focussed digital content further, and helped to generate new leads, engage our customers and create a clear connection between stores and the online brand identity.
