My Current position with Providence Health & Services is within the Human Resources Service Center where I am responsible for: processing all employee action notices related to wages/salaries, terminations, position/status changes, performance evaluations, newly hired and rehired employees, employee transfers, time off accrual maintenance, updates to employee personal information and other HR requests.
Prior to the HR Service Center I was the sole Dispute Resolution Specialist for the entire Washington/Montana Service Area, Including Physician Billing. I was responsible for all points of contact with any patient concern and resolution with all concerned parties. This position afforded me the opportunity to work with a series of department executives and the Washington & Montana Attorney General's Office.
My first position with Providence Health & Services was in the Customer Contact Center working with patients to resolve their outstanding balances. I was responsible for educating the patient of our contact with their insurance company and providing solutions with options for their outstanding balances. My position required me to successfully maneuver between multiple systems while on the phone with the patient.
