As an executive whose experience includes serving on various boards of directors, Jack Tindal has knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.
With a career that encompasses more than 25 years, Jack Tindal enjoys a reputation as an accomplished professional with a track record of bringing human resources operations into line with organizational goals. As a manager, Jack Tindal favors a collaborative style tempered by his ability to assert his influence when necessary.
In 2009, Jack Tindal joined Firstsource Solutions Ltd. as Vice President of Human Resources. In this capacity, he manages and directs the company’s efforts to recruit executive talent for its North American operations. Jack Tindal also supervises staffing, employee engagement, governance, attrition management, and compliance. He supervises a staff of 21 HR professionals across the continent and serves as a member of the global HR team. Given Firstsource’s focus as a business process outsource provider, Jack Tindal works closely with senior management in the United States and India.
Prior to joining Firstsource, Jack Tindal worked for MedExpress Urgent Care in Morgantown, West Virginia, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources. In his two years with the company, Jack Tindal oversaw the human resource activities in four states during a period of rapid growth for the company. He played a direct role in physician recruitment, training and deployment, performance management, and the implementation of incentive compensation programs.
Jack Tindal holds a Master of Science in Administration and Human Resources Management from West Chester University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Greater Louisville International Professionals.
