Beginning his career in real estate as a project manager with R & B Development Company in Alexandria, Virginia, Jack Studnicky helped the firm build the 1,360-unit Oakwood Garden Apartments complex. Subsequently, he served as a sales manager for Sheldon Magazine Development in Washington, D.C., assisting the Magazine family in the development of the Watergate Hotel complex and the extension of their condominium projects into South Florida. Following these early endeavors, Jack Studnicky worked for more than 25 years as a real estate sales and marketing consultant with JPS Enterprises. During his time with JPS handling sales of bank-owned properties and condo conversions, he joined the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Institute of Residential Marketing, where he earned Master in Residential Marketing and Certified New Home Marketing Professional designations.
Continuing his work as a consultant, Jack Studnicky established the firm Jack Studnicky, P.A., in 2010. Based in Miami Beach, Florida, he trains and advises brokers, lenders, and developers across the U.S. in real estate marketing methods based on his innovative sales strategies. His unique approach has been featured in leading business publications, such as Multi-Housing News, Fortune, and Forbes.
Along with his career in real estate, Jack Studnicky possesses experience in motivational and self-improvement services as a former regional director for the Leadership Motivation Institute (LMI), a subsidiary of the Success Motivation Institute.
