design with vendors, also modified designs based on vendor’s feedback to reduce overall costs.

Designed CD-ROM/DVD ROM using Pro-Engineer. Research the best solution to overcome

the unstable disc readability by performing the vibration simulation for spindle motor and pick-up

head. Generated drawings with detail dimensions and tolerances and maintained documentation.

lResearched thermal solution by testing different thermal pad and thermal glue and implementing for 100% improving the performance.

lResolved resonance issue in CD-ROM product by changing the thickness of enclosure and adding sponge inside the chassis to meet 100% of customer satisfaction.
