An experienced marketing and strategy executive, Jackie Carsanaro has coordinated with a variety of corporations, nonprofits, and other entities to maximize market penetration and generate clear goals factoring in both current market conditions and planned expansions. Jackie Carsanaro’ career experience includes tenure as vice president of Respiratory Marketing and Medical Center Sales for GlaxoSmithKline, a multinational pharmaceutical firm listed on the Fortune 500.

Her current efforts focus on health and well-being. In addition to serving on the Center for Child & Family Health Leadership Council, she is a member of the board of trustees for the American Thoracic Society. Jackie Carsanaro also is actively involved in the development and growth of Healthy LifeStars, a nonprofit group with aims to introduce children to the benefits of regular exercise. She also maintains involvement in furthering the beautification of Durham, North Carolina’s downtown area, particularly in the culturally and economically fruitful space known as Research Triangle Park.
