Reporting to the National Banking Supervisor offer Operational Risk and Federal Reserve Board Incentive Compensation liaison guidance to 4th district. Responsible for participating on and leading a variety of Large Bank and Community Bank Examinations to evaluate Executive Incentive Compensation Programs, Assess Board Governance, Review Sales Incentive Practices, Validate Earnings, Assess Asset Quality, Review Liquidity Planning, Conduct Loan Review, Assess Audit Practices, Evaluate Risk Management Practices and Confirm Internal Financial Controls. Significant accomplishments include
- Completing Examiner leadership training focused on Dodd Frank Act (DFA) Executive Incentive Compensation Supervision, Enterprise Risk Management, Asset Quality, Capital, Earnings, Liquidity, Internal Financial Controls, Interest Rate Risk, Loan Credit Risk Review, Information Technology and Fiduciary Trust Supervision.
- Selected for OCC’s National Sales Practice Review Team evaluation of Large Banks.
- Developed new comparative review reports to evaluate sales incentive practices, examine executive incentive plan performance and confirm operational risk management framework.
