Member of the Allergan Business Practice Management organization. Focus is on compliance of interactions with Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) and Healthcare Institutions (HCIs). Our team is responsible for reporting of aggregate spend for HCPs and HCIs across all business areas. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt supporting business process transformation and improvement efforts in various areas at Allergan.
Prior to this role, was the project manager for a cross functional team which designed and developed business process management (BPM) automation for healthcare compliance (Project BEACON). This effort was a multi-phased project to automate critical business processes and provide reporting of healthcare practitioner (HCP) aggregate spend.
Business liaison for sales and marketing divisions in North America. Managed technology portfolio for sales force automation (SFA), supply chain logistics and customer relationship management (CRM). Also responsible for projects supporting payor contracting and government pricing, reimbursement services, customer and consumer marketing, medical affairs and global marketing. Initiated global salesforce automation strategy, consolidating eight providers into two strategic partners.
