Member of the Allergan Business Practice Management organization. Focus is on compliance of interactions with Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) and Healthcare Institutions (HCIs). Our team is responsible for reporting of aggregate spend for HCPs and HCIs across all business areas. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt supporting business process transformation and improvement efforts in various areas at Allergan.

Prior to this role, was the project manager for a cross functional team which designed and developed business process management (BPM) automation for healthcare compliance (Project BEACON). This effort was a multi-phased project to automate critical business processes and provide reporting of healthcare practitioner (HCP) aggregate spend. 

Business liaison for sales and marketing divisions in North America. Managed technology portfolio for sales force automation (SFA), supply chain logistics and customer relationship management (CRM). Also responsible for projects supporting payor contracting and government pricing, reimbursement services, customer and consumer marketing, medical affairs and global marketing. Initiated global salesforce automation strategy, consolidating eight providers into two strategic partners.

Gilead Sciences

Led team responsible for regulatory compliance of IT infrastructure, regulatory submission management, pharmacovigilence/safety and sales force customer relationship management (SFA/CRM) systems. Managed Gilead's first qualification of server virtualization in full compliance with GAMP methodology. Validation manager for pharmaceutical product docket system.  Validation lead for drug safety data warehouse to support advanced analytics and signal detection. Principal author for new custom software development standards and SOPs. Participated in multiple SOX, regulatory and security audits.

Managed Ventures LLC

Founded Managed Ventures, with a mission to provide custom software applications to firms and research organizations engaged in drug discovery. Implemented research information systems for molecule registration and library management, combinatorial plating operations, assay data management for high throughput screening and structure activity visualization. Provided solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms in North America, Japan and Europe.

1999 - 2000

Chief Technology Officer

Xdrive (AOL)

Recruited and led technical team that enabled Xdrive to grow from initial seed funding to $160M total capitalization. Directed both development and product operations to support more than five million active users. Joined prior to initial funding round. Upon successful funding, recruited team of developers and operations team members as Xdrive expanded. Managed development and delivery of Xdrive’s pay for use offering to business users.

Rey Consulting Group, Inc

Built and grew firm into Oracle Corporation's top general business reseller partner in North America. Developed and managed team to deliver ERP and other business solutions to clients in multiple industries. In 1999, Rey Consulting Group was acquired by Computer Technology Associates, a national system integrator
