According to the StrengthsQuest Indicator my top 5 themes are:

Communication: I find it easy to put my thoughts into words and articulate my point of view. I am a developed conversationalist and presenter.

Woo: I love the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. I derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a lasting impression with another person.

Ideation: I am fascinated by new and complex ideas. I am able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena and seek to understand them.

Activator: I can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. I tend to be impatient and quick to act.

Command: I have a large presence, and make it known quickly. I can take control of a situation and make decisions.

ESTP's love having fun and if things are too quiet they may provide the entertainment or distraction. They learn by imitation, and are keen observers that teach through example. Always on alert for what needs immediate attention or what might provide a bit of action. They engage quickly with their environment and seek freedom. They are good-natured, direct and tolerant; tend to be the ones to provide levity. They have an uncanny ability to respond appropriately in case of emergencies. They also tend to have natural mediating skills.

  • Coordinated a group of 12 experienced cabin counselors for a division of 49 campers over four successive two-week camp sessions at a traditional overnight camp

  • Completed mid and end-of- evaluations for divisional staff
  • Executed training exercises and designed unique programs for new counselors

Semi-Colon Club

Pictured below is the biannual Delta Sigma Phi 48 Hour Seesaw, a charity fundraiser benefitting the Semi-Colon Club for Cancer Research. I set up this event and continued to run it for 3 years. In this picture a reporter from FOX45 stopped by to report on our success. 

Wounded Warrior Project

Pictured below are a number of Delta Sigma Phi Brothers gathering before a canning campaign throughout the local Towson area. I organized this event to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project to benefit US soldiers recovering from injuries of war.
