New Construction Sales

WOODBRIDGE ESTATES

New Constucton Sales in a condo complex.  This osition allowed me to set up a completley new condo complex.  I started from a trailer, progressed to a sales center with 14 furnished models which I helped to set up all the pricing, choices for customers, contracts, tours, coordinated with the building supervisor on progress of each unit, along with the builder and another sales person.  We aggressively sold 15-20 condo units per month in a market that was slowing down.  I did everything from PA's to walk throughs, to ordering client choices on flooring, layouts, fixtures. etc. to keeping contruction dates on time and through to closing.

This complex is now completed through all phases.
