The company is currently negotiating the acquisition of three entities that represent a reserve capacity of 250 million tons of iron ore hematite (Fe2O3) and magnetite (Fe3O4) with an indicated reserve of 2 billion tons of iron ore.  Additional reserves include gold Au, silver Ag and other precious metals.  The assets include:

  • 185 Patented Mining Claims (PMC) (2+ billion tons/reserves as per U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report ).
  • Behre, Dohlbear & Company mine engineering utilizing a drill program with over 900 core samples obtained, analyzed and correlated indicate 250 million tons estimated reserves averaging 38.4% iron.
  • Calculating current market value, reserves contain institutional intrinsic value in excess of $15 billion
