Making sure that all project managers strictly execute as per the adopted methodology. Co-ordination with the customers, management, logistics and other departments to manage projects. Total Administration of EPM (MS Project 2007 Server) & SharePoint server. All sorts of service delivery & management in strict accordance with ITIL. As PMO, status and work performance reporting to senior management and company owners through periodic reports and presentations.
