Adaptability, determination and innovative thinking are the key attributes that have contributed to my success during my last 10 years in drastically evolved information technology (IT) project management. Through a balanced combination of technical ‘know-how’, interpersonal skills, and leadership initiative, I offer you a demonstrated ability to achieve customers’ expectations with products and services that will make their jobs easier, save time and hence increase revenue. I am currently working with IT Training and Security Solutions – I(TS)2, a multinational and renowned IT security company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Most of our customers are giant enterprises. In my current position as Project Manager (PMO), I have a primary role in contributing and archiving to the company success stories collection. I work the full project life cycles of a variety of IT, security and logistics projects. I have contributed in the company’s PM methodology and applied to all projects following PMI-ism about PMO. I review technical proposals, project charters, preliminary and detailed project plans, scope documents and all other related project management documents & records. Maintaining the company assets of Project Management Documents archive is also part of my job. We have setup EPM using MS Project 2007 server. My role in EPM is PM (from PMO) & Administrator.
