- Dealing with customer's invoices: Request of order numbers and their acceptance documents, going through all the material sent, repair reports, control of all the data generated and sent to the account for invoicing, procedures updates.
- Payment management service to suppliers.
- SAP skills.
- ADSL network Lucent in Telefónica claims follow-up and review.
- Web page creation, intranet department.
- Being in charge of the Internet portal to suppliers called E-AGORA from Telefónica to all the employees of ALCATEL-LUCENT, S.A.
Support executive or departamental directions:
- Agenda, schedule meetings, handle phone calls, giving assistance to visitors, arrange travels, organization of various events.
- Expense reports, power point presentations.
- Give general administrative support to the office, attend people needs.
- Being in charge of buying all the material and necessary items for the office.
- Help with all the requirements for the new employees to get started in the company.
- Interface between Telefónica and Alcatel to manage remote and physical access.
