Summary

As an enthusiastic educator with a genuine fondness for the students I teach, I focus on the success and well being of children; I create excitement about learning with the expectation that they will be independent learners, critical thinkers and problem solvers.  I plan and implement lessons that incorporate differentiation and focus on multiple intelligences.  Classroom management is fair, firm and kind with a focus on the positive.

One of my greatest strengths is devotion to my students and the school community.  I bring the knowledge of successful teaching practices and methods accumulated through observing several teachers during my two years of employment assisting.  I have been fortunate to have taught in a variety of classrooms at all age levels during substitute teaching assignments.
