• Overall responsibility for the daily operations and functions of several multidisciplinary clinics.

• Responsibility for leading, in collaboration with the operations and medical directors, the growth

and development of new clinic specialties.

• Overall responsibility for implementation of all operations policies and procedures for the

multidisciplinary clinics.

• Overall responsibility for identifying and addressing patient concerns and complaints as

appropriate. Recommend and implement process improvement to address areas of

deficiency.

• Maintain effective and professional relationships with all patients, staff, providers, PHS support

departments, hospital departments, and Medical Group leadership.

• Responsible for leading clinic team in strong and open communication practices.

• Coordinate property and provide building maintenance services for satellite clinics.

• Act as a liaison between physicians, physician office staff, and PHS.

• Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with PHS core values; compassion,

respect, justice, excellence, and stewardship.

• Coordinate all PSA and YSA Timeshare tenant contracts; collaborated in creating an annual

renewal process.

• Invoice/process payment for all PSA Timeshare tenants on a monthly basis.

• Interview, hire, and train new employees in all aspects of front office positions; including

verifying benefits, obtaining referrals, scheduling, and medical records.

• Supervise front office and medical record staff (receptionists, referral coordinator,

scheduler, health information specialist, and x-ray file clerk).

• Facilitate monthly staff meetings to educate staff and discuss system improvements.

• Responsible for administrating and assisting in the development of front office

policies and procedures.
