Directed, planned, organized and programmed activities and programs for the 377 Services/FSS squadron. Served as strategic advisor to the wing commander on Services, Manpower and Personnel issues. Responsible for fiscal operations to include APF and NAF fund budget planning and execution. Balanced workload and provided overall direction and vision to subordinate flight chiefs. The squadron won back to back AF level award for lodging and won the Hennessey award for the best dining facility in the AF. The squadron included 22,000 customers, 560 employees, 25 buildings and assets worth over 45 million dollars. Researched, planned and programmed a zero carbon footprint power generation project for the base golf course. Assembled an executive committee to explore and implement a Force Support website. Attended training and became a certified mortuary officer and search and recovery lead for the squadron.

Recruited, hired and assembled a “first class” team to achieve unparalleled success. Won AETC “BEST” Services squadron and represented AETC in AF competition.Provided strategic information to HQ Air Force for the development and execution of the Program Action Directive (PAD 07-11).Strategically planned and executed a first in AF by applying the Capital Lease Program for marina boat purchases. Recognized by wing commander for ingenuity and saving the government money by in-sourcing the linen contract and creating a NAF operated program; a first in the AF.Implemented Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM) construct in the FSS. Trained and deployed a Search and Recovery team. Designed and implemented a five year construction program for the Services division

Directed, planned and oversaw a $50 million lodging construction program, $2M golf course project and a $1M community center upgrade. Provided functional expertise, represented 305th Services on the DoD Joint Basing program.Built common levels of support (COLs) data for the Base Operating Support plan and submitted them to DoD.Partnered with base and MAJCOM representatives, to write a BRAC Beddown plan.

Won the Air Force’s General Eubank award for the best small Services Squadron.Won best club in the Air Force.Tactical supervision of large business flight; included eight activities, 300 employees and a customer base of 8,000.Programmed and participated in the largest construction program in Europe with a new club, golf course, outdoor recreation, and a vet clinic worth over $40 million.Reviewed and approved NAF and APF budgets.Reviewed and approved marketing plans for all the activities.
