Executive Assistant

Bank of America

During almost fourteen years at Bank of America, I provided administrative support for senior managers in the Corporate Banking area, coordinating their complex calendars and performing daily administrative tasks including screening and response to emails, preparation of expense reports and extensive travel plans.  In addition to the above basic functions I held the following positions and responsibilities in several departments within the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division:

Executive Assistant, Centralized Product Delivery, Charlotte, NC2008 – 2009

Created and maintained a current version of extensive organizational charts and PowerPoint presentations.  Arranged several off-site meetings each year.  Monitored the ongoing monthly premises charges to reduce expenses.

Executive Assistant, Global Treasury Services Risk Management, Charlotte, NC2005 – 2007

Created and maintained a complex set of organizational charts.  Arranged several off-site meetings each year.  Liaised with the Corporate Workplace team to facilitate the move of 16 associates from multiple locations to one central newly-renovated location.

Executive Assistant, Global Treasury Services Risk Management, San Francisco, CA2004 – 2005

Acted as liaison with a diverse geographical team exercising tact and good judgment to convey information and objectives across all levels.  Created series of statistical charts, tables and graphs to track risk approval activity which was reviewed monthly by senior management.

Senior Administrative Assistant, Global Portfolio Management, San Francisco, CA1996 - 2004

Guided administrative support team of three in my role as Office Manager.  Responsible for confidential personnel reporting.  Coordinated move of 75 associates, liaising with property management and building owners.  Prepared computers and office space for arrival of new employees.  Arranged all requirements of large off-site training courses and on-site meetings.  Prepared the Business Continuity Resumption Plan documentation for use in emergency situations.  Monitored expenditures of group to realize cost savings and adhere to company expense policy.  Spearheaded inventory of computers and disposal of obsolete electronic equipment.

Fulfilled long-term assignment at BA Securities, Inc. (a subsidiary of Bank of America) which resulted in my being hired full-time by Bank of America.  Assisted Senior Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and responded to officers on the securities trading floor.
