I create an technical document that encompasses nearly all aspects of business. I gather information from manufacturing specifications, customer specifications, industry standards, our accounting policy, and our industrial engineering standards. Since these sources are created in various fields, referencing them requires a technical inclination, as well as a moderate understanding of every part of our manufacturing process. This position requires continual critical thinking to ensure that our products are produced within the requirements of the above referenced sources and as cost effectively as possible. I also compose reports that show the status of our current and future work load. I assist with cross training in the department. Since I have experience as a plastics extrusion operator, I volunteer to work on the production floor to fill the gaps of available workers.
