Sr. Director of Operation & Events
§Pre-plan, plan, organize, execute, and host events, including activities and classes.
§Develop strategic marketing plans, marketing strategies, communication plan, order gifts/giveaways, organize catering
§Lead launch event kickoffs, plan calendar, handled event logistics, negotiated vendor contracts
§Responsible for launching all social media networks, go to market plan, and social networking connections and interactions to ensure timely and positive media coverage for the Company.
§Manage event calendar; maintain website content, and all communications concerning social media channels such as (facebook, twitter, myspace, blog spot, community calendars, and other networking organizations).
§Help to position, brand, and lead the Company’s growth initiatives.
§Manage all aspects of print production, receipt, and distribution; manage the entire product lifecycle
§Build and manage relationships with potential partners and sponsors.
§Responsible for and managing web design, development and determining business requirements,
§Own and align deliverables for all aspects of graphic design work for flyers and brochures for marketing events.
§Draft and edit all written communication for outgoing publications.
