Sales Team Manager and Coach
Responsible for managing 30-member sales team in international company, planing and executing sales strategies for company, recruiting new employees, conducting sales trainings (in english) for new and present employees, designing training materials. Responsible for organizing employees day-to- day duties. Led the growth of sales department from 6 to 30 employees. Led to conversion optimization of closed sales from 8% to 21% providing strong market position. Established a competitive sales force by offering aggressive compensation, regular staff training and quality control of customer service. Responsible for contact with key customers.
