Part-Time Membership Care Team/Administrative Assistant

I started my CrossFit journey with CrossFit Perpetua in October 2014, a world-class CrossFit facility, voted 'Best Gyms in the World' by Men's Health 2015-2016.
On a Part-Time basis, I provide customer service support to the gym's membersby answering emails, advising on membership options and contracts, responding to queries, calling new enquiries on the telephone, speaking with prospective members directly, scheduling in consultation appointments for seven Coaches and managing their Personal Training schedules.
I respond to incoming new enquiries from prospective clients via the telephone and website. I use excellent customer service and communication skills to quickly establish a positive relationship and book in appointments for them to visit the gym and to attend a first consultation with one of the coaches. I explain how CrossFit works and how the gym can assist them in achieving their goals. I make notes about any injuries or concerns they may have and discuss these with the coaches before their appointments.
I am responsible for editing, formatting, collating information and putting together the monthly Members' Newsletters. I liaise with the Management team to stay up-to-date with monthly promotions, news and updates from members, class timetable changes, rolling out new classes, giving updates about competitions and general news regarding the CrossFit world.
I also liaise directly with the gym's suppliers ordering stock, deal with maintenance issues and cleaning teams, ensure that the onsite Fuel Bar is well stocked and managing the rota for the Fuel Bar staff.
During events, competitions and editorial photo shoots taking place at the gym, I liaise with all parties concerned to ensure that the events run smoothly.
