Who am I? I am an investment banker turned Personal Assistant turned recruitment expert currently training as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with plenty of customers service and top-level administrative support experiences. I am a customer service Superstar! 

Every job I've held for the past eight years have been heavily customer service focused. Working as a Retail Make-Up Artist with top brand MAC Cosmetics in both Harrods and Selfridges, I served on average of 40 customers on a daily basis. 

For the past two years, I recruited Personal Assistants for high profile, ultra-high net worth individuals and celebrities where I dealt with these top-level clients directly finding them superstar Assistants. 

I currently work on a part-time basis with the Membership Care Team at CrossFit Perpetua and I am also part of the part-time Front of House team with Ride Republic. I provide top level customer care fostering a positive and energetic environment for members and new prospective members.

Having been a Personal Assistant myself, I am extremely organised and a natural whizz at diary management, scheduling appointments and rota planning. I can look after all your admin for you!

Part-Time Membership Care Team/Administrative Assistant

Crossfit perpetua, Chelsea bridge

I started my CrossFit journey with CrossFit Perpetua in October 2014, a world-class CrossFit facility, voted 'Best Gyms in the World' by Men's Health 2015-2016. 

On a Part-Time basis, I provide customer service support to the gym's membersby answering emails, advising on membership options and contracts, responding to queries, calling new enquiries on the telephone, speaking with prospective members directly, scheduling in consultation appointments for seven Coaches and managing their Personal Training schedules. 

I respond to incoming new enquiries from prospective clients via the telephone and website. I use excellent customer service and communication skills to quickly establish a positive relationship and book in appointments for them to visit the gym and to attend a first consultation with one of the coaches. I explain how CrossFit works and how the gym can assist them in achieving their goals. I make notes about any injuries or concerns they may have and discuss these with the coaches before their appointments. 

I am responsible for editing, formatting, collating information and putting together the monthly Members' Newsletters. I liaise with the Management team to stay up-to-date with monthly promotions, news and updates from members, class timetable changes, rolling out new classes, giving updates about competitions and general news regarding the CrossFit world. 

I also liaise directly with the gym's suppliers ordering stock, deal with maintenance issues and cleaning teams, ensure that the onsite Fuel Bar is well stocked and managing the rota for the Fuel Bar staff. 

During events, competitions and editorial photo shoots taking place at the gym, I liaise with all parties concerned to ensure that the events run smoothly.

Senior Personal Assistant Recruitment Consultant

I was headhunted by the Managing Director, Iona Reardon to join this leading high-end Personal Assistant recruitment agency placing high profile PA's with celebrities, high and ultra-high net worth individuals, formal private families and businesses. 

I set up and head the corporate, legal, finance and media companies vacancies. I am fully responsible for running my own vacancies and managing my own clients from enquiries-in to candidate placements. 

Achievements: 

  • I consistently meet or exceed my monthly personal target of £14,000 in agency fees - this equates to placing a minimum of two jobs a month at £35,000 gross annual salary each.
  • I register and interview on average 40 new PA's per month to add onto Talent's database of PA's to represent.
  • I also spend on average five hours per week on Business Development - I generate new enquiries or new clients interest by making successful strategic telephone calls to businesses and individuals.

Being a successful recruitment consultant means being good at interacting with people - I sell the vacancies to my candidates and I sell my candidates to my clients. I spend 90% of my time on the telephone or in face-to-face interactions with my clients and candidates.

MAC Cosmetics has created cosmetics ranges in collaboration with celebrities such as Rihanna, Dita von Teese, Pamela Anderson, Lady Gaga and Elton John in addition to heading up make-up teams at international Fashion Weeks. 

Achievements:

  • I was a Senior Retail Make-Up Artist at a £2.5million account where I consistently achieved over 100% of my personal weekly sales target, helping the team achieve quarterly sales targets and bonuses. 
  • I was the Weekend Supervisor managing a team of up to 20 during the busiest business days. I was responsible for overseeing the weekend rota, analysing sales figures and managing cash flow, motivating the team, visual merchandising and dealing with queries and feedback from customers.   
  • In an average day on the shop floor, I served over 45 buying customers with their product purchases and make-up applications. 
  • I was awarded two Letters of Commendation by the CEO of Harrods, Mr Michael Ward for receiving excellent customers feedback.
