Managed full-cycle implementation of all supplier led marketing activity directly linked to business EBITDA. (Campaigns for CCE, Pepsico, Feel Good, Mars, Red Bull, Wrigley, Innocent, Nestle Confec, Nestle Water UK, Unilever, Heinz, Mondelez, O2, etc).

Sourced, established relationships, reviewed commercial proposals and negotiated the launch of over 30 drinks from 15 new suppliers in one phase across the entire UK estate in February 2015.

Managed internal and external agencies on creation of all marketing material and POS.


Liaised with Operations Director, Multi-Unit Managers and other internal and external stakeholders in relation to all supplier led activity, writing, proofing and publishing on intranet the internal communications.

Commercially planned, modelled and coordinated all elements of the launch of SSP led cross-brand campaign “Healthy January”, post-campaign sales data analysis and reporting to the management board.

Launched first ‘Perfect Heroes’ (supplier led monthly upselling product focus) negotiating terms and investment with suppliers, engaging brand managers and working with operations team on all elements of the launch.

Promoted internally from Bar Shift Leader at the Liberty Bounds pub, Tower Hill. Position held since October 2008.


Established a centralised cross-functional system for trials implementation, managing the said system daily.

Successfully trialled and launched on national drinks menu, writing menu copy and designing menu layout, a number of trials, including but not limited to: Pint Cocktails, Mocktails, Cherry Bombs, Carrot Cake and a coffee, Bottomless Filter Coffee, 901 Tequila and more.


Coordinated POS design, proofing and sign off for two national menu launches, planning the “Pub Front” and message priorities, creating regional and bespoke versions using a Proof HQ system and managing internal designers on the production of artwork.

Written, proofed and signed off two marketing briefing packs collating, verifying and publishing information from marketing, purchasing, catering and distribution departments.

Co-launched with Bacardi LTD a ‘Train the Trainer’ program for pub managers, writing the training material and shooting training DVD in drinks product knowledge and perfect serve.

Created and managed the system for supplier drink tasting sessions, collating post-session feedback and presenting to senior commercial team at a weekly strategy meeting.

Created and implemented bespoke marketing for Central London and Airports, including but not limited to ‘Fish Special’, ‘Breakfast special’ and ‘Bloody Mary’ offers.


Planned, designed and implemented in cooperation with over 100 area managers a number of regional and bespoke campaigns to drive sales, including but not limited to: ’Cheers O’clock’, ‘Friday AfterWork’, ‘Snaky D’, ‘Bloodshot Bloody Mary’, ‘Pickleback', ‘Beer Tower’ and more.

Organised and managed a PR campaign with over 100 industry bloggers for an exclusive product launch in March 2014.

Led national Valentine’s Day 2014 campaign, project managing from conception, through to design of POS and offer to implementing it on marketing and operations level.

Coordinated national ‘Meet the brewer’ roadshow, planning the route, liaising with Ops, briefing the teams in the field on the structure and itinerary and organising post-event entertainment.

Created newspaper and magazine advertising for regional and pub specific marketing.
