I have presented publicly dozens of times at job and business meetings, events,  different conferences in India, Croatia, Serbia, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.    Many of these presentations have been recorded and can be found on the Internet.   These are some of my skills; highlighted ones are my strongest skills:      writes clearly and concisely,  speaks effectively,  listens attentively,  openly expresses ideas,  negotiates/resolves differences,  leads group discussions,  provides feedback,  persuades others,  provides well-thought out solutions,  gathers appropriate information,  confidently speaks in public, uses critical thinking. More than 5 times I was invited to talk on Croatian National Television and private TV houses and radio stations about international volunteer experience, startups and travels:   Croatian National Television - HRT Private Croatian TV - 24 sata
Team Leading
When I entered High School, I joined NGO Cultural Youth Centre in my hometown in Croatia. I was responsible for organizing concerts, lectures, help in organizing festivals, exhibitions etc.    During those years, I stared learning about team leading. In 2006 I participated in a 7-day seminar in Budapest for Team Leaders of international volunteer camps. This was followed by leading two international volunteer camps in village Kuterevo, Croatia.   At my last year of Master's study (February 2011), I founded a startup where I was handling many items related to business development, fund raising, partnership establishment, etc.   As a founder of startup project I was managing a team of   2 programmers,  2 designers, a community manager, a project manager, 3-5 salespeople.
I have created a couple of websites for internal use in the company Optimal Power Solutions. I do web development more as a hobby. I believe that every electrical engineer today should be able to develop a certain web application which will help the company for which he/she works.    Currently you can find the applications on my private domain.   Single Line Diagram - different systems layouts that are in use OPS Navigator - shows in depth pictures of OPS's inverters with important information about parts Web Data Analyzer - converts CSV files into MySQL; plots the graphs using Highcharts JavaScript - concept of the website; UI / UX I am having an international driving license.
