IT Support Engineer
Providing onsite IT support for production (factory and warehouse). 1) Answering calls, creating, assigning and resolving support requests – daily. 2) Troubleshooting IT equipment hardware & software problems – daily. 3) Installing new IT equipment – monthly. 4) Teaching users – weekly. 5) Performing preventive maintenance – annually. - Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise. - Desktop computer hardware (Dell OptiPlex and Latitude, Panasonic Toughbook). - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, Microsoft Lync 2013. - Terminal applications & virtualization (Micro Focus Rumba, Citrix XenApp). - Web-based applications (Microsoft SharePoint). - Networking (Cisco), server hardware (HP), NAS (NetApp). - Printers and MFPs (Kyocera, Ricoh), label printers (Datalogic, Datamax, Zebra). - Barcode scanners (Datalogic), PDAs (Datalogic, Motorola, Honeywell) - DECT telephony hardware & infrastructure (Ascom). - Wireless forklift terminal, industrial computer hardware (Akerstroms, Honeywell, Aaeon, Beckhoff).
