Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities and sell a range of services to new and existing clients
  • Developing long-term marketing and lead generation strategies

  • Effectively utilizing various e-commerce platforms and various marketing strategies to invoke trust in people to make a purchase online

Extreme Fitness franchise was a chain consisting of 13 fitness facilities operating mainly in Toronto and the GTA. The company provided a vast range of health and wellness services.

  • Responsible for sales of personal training and nutrition service packages
  • Providing top of the line customer service to all members of the club
  • Responding to customers'​ concerns and proactively searching for ways to improve their experience within the fitness facility
  • Meeting new prospects and helping them choose the most suitable service package
  • Maintaining above average performance and reaching the target sales quotas
  • Keeping strong relationships with existing clients and renewing their contracts on an ongoing basis

  • Hitting the target sales quota for length of 14 consecutive months
