Promoted to lead sales department for the leading dental laboratory in the Northwest. Responsible for managing & maintaining client relationships, and maximizing sales from key accounts using a consultative approach. Manage and develop sales department of 5 direct reports.
- Turnaround- Overcame 10% down y-o-y sales & brought back to positive growth: average 108% to plan Q3 & Q4 2014
- Double average monthly sales volume for new accounts by implementing value added sales strategies within sales team.
- Removable department sales 121% y-o-y by implementing new technologies and educational programs to client base & new accounts.
- Spearhead numerous successful lunch and learn programs that have rapidly grown individual territories of sales representatives.
- Hire, train, and develop sales representatives for largest dental lab in Pacific Northwest.
- Develop sales team: performance coaching, co-traveling, closing, improving product / service knowledge of sales team.
- Experience applying for RFP and successfully aided in renewing $2 million contract with large DSO with Novadent team.
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgeting & strategic planning for sales department at multiple facilities
- Gained record number of new account acquisitions by restructuring sales department & re-writing sales commission plans to encourage growth.
