I have Graduated from Reputable Hospitality and Tourism School in Indonesia, Most Recognizable as ENHAII, Bandung Institute of Tourism but now declare as Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung subsidiary college by Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. I studied Hotel Management with special Major in Food and Beverage Service Management. My first Job was Marketing executive, honestly I prefer for this post not just because I was young and still extra productive and like to meet new peoples but also ny passionate in marketing is Big enough to combine my future careers path. After that I experienced Overseas Real Industries starts as Supervisory  practical Trainee Program - Apprentice by Holiday Inn Park view - Campus Recruitment, then recruited as Bartender at Clemenceau VIP Lounge Bar for  3 years at Singapore, work permit finished I decided to continue further study and took Hotel Administration as Associate degree Programs.

I have previously works for Maharani Hotel, In charge as Sales and Marketing Manager which pointed to give more attention for FB and MICE sales for Cluster Mgt, Maharani hotel and Majapahit hotel.

I have had some experience in managed F&B opening Teams, one is Pura Jaya Hotel, Resort and Casino. Nongsa - Batam. Before was Holiday Club International Casino, Marina as F&B Consultant, do landscaping, recruitment, procurement for FB products and provides standard Skill and Knowledge's for Casino FB Service, which has slightly different preferred service.

Another working careers on Hotel at comes again on overseas this time from the same properties managing by Best Western Premier Group - when I was on On the Job Training for My Higher Diploma at the Beautiful and Uniquely Berjaya Langkawi Beach and Spa Resort, 5 Star Resort with good employee developments. I was assign as FB Outlet Manager for Beach Bar and Oriental Pearl and I never wonder to be promoted as Marketing Communication Manager, Unfortunately for personal Sensitively and respect for my deceased Mother, I have to comeback to my home town 43 days before she pass away.

During those years I gained Certificate of achievement in Manager of the Months several times and  winning the yearly campaign of Courtesy from the heart from Berjaya Langkawi beach & Spa Resort as FnB Practical Trainer back on OJT. And an Outstanding Job Performances from Holiday Inn Park View Singapore for in charges as Bartender. and some others in related field.

To become as - F&B Staff in middle level Management post, I am proud to assure you that I shall meet the requirement and criteria - based on standard requirements for this post. I do have more knowledges in general Hospitaliy management, Revenue mgt and Customer relations mgt, later you might see on the certificate and courses below. 

Based on my 15 years experiences, most in Hospitality industries, from the clerks levels at front liners to Management level post has build the based of my abilities on service excellent orientation. Well organized, And being kind assistance for every manner. In others, Hotel Industries is facing Globalization technologies in general, it effected for every departments, So I would like to take these changeling to be well adapting with the implementations with Best practice and Local Practice approachements. 

Those what I have achieves build to develops my Attitudes, skill, and knowledge to pursue well define social life with respected status.

I have passions to grows in new career, and always update with new knowledge on every aspect related to Hospitality and tourism. I am sure this BDM Post- more than capable to save me a chance as a starter.

For the information of my current annual gross income, I have good enough living with IDR. 90.000.000 as my Take home pays excluding other fixed benefits and I am expecting SGD.$ 2500 - $. 3300 as an increase on my rumination for my monthly basic incomes if I have this wonderful chance.

But if the pay grade is much above consideration as New Recruitment, I am expecting the standard company basic allowances and will be much appreciate to have some  discussion for other benefits which I am sure would be much better.
