Activities and main responsibilities:

- Making recruitment and selection process, both individually and in collaboration with the team;

- promote the jobs available within the company on the channels approved - analyze the return for each and every recruitment channel used

- build a strong pipe line of candidates for each department

- work with the human resources managers and project managers in other to create the job descriptions

- interview candidates (phone interviews and face to face interviews) for jobs like: customer service representative, collection officer, design engineer.

- offer proper feedback for the candidates and redirect to the department where they fit the most

- build new recruitment strategies in other to attract new candidates - represent the company on the social media networks (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter,) -

- Develop the database; - Achieving/exceeding quarterly target - both individual inner and the team.
