Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, control and complete marketing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget

  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

BCR - Financial education program 

Scoala de bani pe roti Caravan - Managing all aspects of the project. My role here includes coordinating staff members, accounting and budget management, legal aspects, event coordination, HR management, as well as handling the day-to-day operations of the project (authorizations to position the truck in public or private locations, flyering in every city etc.)

Michelin – Mobility Forum 2016

Conference organized for Michelin Romania sales force

Tasks: coordination of the creative, production and technical departments; briefing and customer feedback according to directions; project management; implementation and coordination of the event flow

URSUS Breweries 

Picnic Day (300 persons) and Xmas Party 2016 for HQ (400+ persons)

Tasks: design of the creative concept; outlining the event flow; coordinating teams involved in the project (production, creative, technical, catering, live band, MC, human resources: hostess and promoters, photographer etc.); client service
event budget implementation; project management and coordinating the activities before and during the event


Support for the BCR External and Internal Communications Teams

Tasks: client service; project management for all types of briefs; creative concept and support for rebranding the new office building; coordinating the GMP PR internal departments
