Recently completed the Associates degree at ITT in Computer Electronics and Engineering Technology and am currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Communication and Engineering Technology.Seeking to put acquired education, technical ability, great soft skills, and excellent sense of ethics to work for a company in the Pacific Northwest while also building upon my technical ability in order to better serve my employer.

Installing, troubleshooting, programming, servicing, and repairing ATMs either in the field or office.Parts ordering, invoicing, coordinating installs/repairs with other ATM technicians, and performing follow up calls. Also responsible for maintaining parts stock, ATM stock, special placement ATMs, building the ATM knowledge-base, maintaining price lists, inventory lists, etc.Also on occasion loading funds into ATMs in order to minimize downtime.

Created eddy current probes for aviation testing for various types of applications and metals. Assisted in the design and production of other various types of probes and standards including a line probe, which was to be used in a nuclear power plant for the testing of a given pipe’s condition where hazardous conditions needed to be considered.

Started as a Lot Attendant whose job is to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the loading dock, customer lot, and “block” yard. Received Employee of the Month during the first month of employment and then quickly moved up to Lumber Associate where the main responsibilities were customer service, department cleanliness, regular knowledge base training, and to continue supporting the team and other departments as well. Trained new lot associates and helped manage them to keep the appearance of the store clean and orderly.

Also assisted in training new employees on basic department responsibility as well as in sales techniques.
