Account Executive-Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 25 clients with credit facilities up to $17.5 million.
  • Analyze financial, collateral, and industry reports to ascertain appropriate credit facilities and risk ratings.
  • Negotiate credit facilities and fee structures; coordinate execution of legal documents.
  • Present deteriorating credits and large facilities to the credit committee.

Heller Financial

Heller Financial provided commercial finance, real estate lending, and equipment leasing to small-to-midsize companies throughout the U.S. and Europe. In 1999, CIT acquired the factoring division of Heller Financial. In 2001, GE Capital acquired the company for $5.3 billion.
