• Responsible for all aspects of the company’s information systems to include the telecommunications and Data systems both wired and cellular. Responsible for all operational aspects of information services department aligning the business process with company information.
• Responsible for software ERP migration off PeopleSoft to MarkSystems IHMS/ ITK saving the company three million dollars.
• Responsible for CRM application rollout for three divisions and 45 remote offices.
• Recommends and presents the use of technology to support and compliment the company's processes by, aligning both technology and the business process with a cross-functional perspective to meet the tactical and strategic direction of the company to Executive Management as related to the strategic business plan.
• Manage IT department to ensure all directives and standards are successfully accomplished and maintain 7 X 24 X 365 network, data, communications support system with escalation process.

• Moved company off 58 Microsoft Access based to one single Microsoft Squeal application. ERP project with CRM included. (In Process 90% complete)
• Identified all Business Processes and streamlined data that allowed company to document and streamline processes, resulting is a yearly savings of 2M.
• Manage IS Support and Development team of 8 to hire, mentor, task, provide tools, create SMART Goals and monitor progress (timelines) create standards, test deliverables and rollout to entire enterprise.
• Maintained all technical aspects of 140 domain names owned by the company. Advised in the development of new company website and recommended electronic marketing using pay for click and other resources that proved to increase home sales in a poor market.
• Implemented successful IS Department while removing the dependency on IT Consulting company, saving the company 800K a year
• Collaborated and reported to Senior Executive Management on large commercial project that required Fiber OC192 runs from multiple locations to five 250,000 square foot buildings that are 6 miles apart. Project name Wall Street West, collocation for top company’s in the finical district of NYC.
