     Sports/athletics  I have alway been involved in various types of sports all my life.  Sports such as football, baseball, basketball and hockey motivate me.  On a personal note I was voted "most valuable lineman" on my high school "state championship" football team. 

    Many of my internal drive sources which I use in the business world were developed on the sports practice fields.  I have been pushed by various coaches and have learned the value of team play through my experiences in sports.

    I enjoyed coaching my son's soccer team and helping them turn from individuals into a team and be successful while having fun.

    Yoga  About three years ago I started practicing yoga and have completely become a believer in the benefits of this ancient practice. The class I participate in is Les Mills "Body Flow" which is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.  When I complete a session I walk away feeling totally different from when I start.  Advantages of strength, balance and focus help mold me into better individual.  I am a believer a successful person needs to have balance in their life to maintain stress and keep focused in their life.

     Motorcycling  Another way of controlling stress for me is to plan a ride on my motorcycle.  The freedom of the road is a good way to unwind and escape the rigors that life can bring.  Prior to purchasing my bike I participated in a well respected motorcyle training course.  I did this prior to purchase to get a feel if I was a good canidate for cycle riding. 

    After the training I left confident and focused about how owning and riding a motorcyle would play my life.
