The Analysis was done over 2 quarters and helped the Communication team in understanding the engagement topics along with the geographies they were more posted in and direct the reports to HR, Marketing and other respective departments. Insurance Major in US-Social Collaboration Supported the implementation of Social Collaboration platform for an Insurance major in the US. Developed 2 widgets to enhance the functionality of the portal. Recognized for“ Driving Value Added Results”. Assets: Development and Enhancement Insurance industry US: Developed a Classification and Sentiment Clustering model for Insurance Industry's Social Media Data analysis. Ad-Hoc Project Support Banking Major, India Involved in social media analysis for one of India's largest public sector banks using Radian6, Brandwatch and Clarabridge. Reports generated were utilized to help bank understand the nature of complaints and list the forums and other channels used by their customers to post complaints and compliments and hence develop a Business Strategy. FMCG Company, UK & Australia Performed a crisis management analysis for its dairy product. The analysis helped the client understand the impact of the product's adulteration news on its other brands and products along with the Influencers(supporters and detractors).
