  •  I trained agent how to handle T-mobile and AT&T calls.
  •  Made sure that all lesson was planned and follow though as planned.
  • I trained agent to work with many application at one time.
  • Had to give test and made sure that all agent had the knowlege to pass all test.
  • I had to work with PeopleSoft, Spectrum, Excel, and many other program to maintaine attendance, agents progress, and ability to continue to do the task set for them.
  • I have had to terminate some of the agents.
