  • Worked in several capacities for a fast-growing, social enterprise start-up, with the mission of empowering a global workforce using crowd-sourced work. 
  • Began as Operations Assistant, helping to send client and worker thank yous for the company's extensive, global workforce. Kept afloat of relationships with lead generation clients, by sending custom thank you notes, and gifts. 
  • Assisted with recruiting, working alongside the Head of Recruiting at the UC Berkeley careers fair.
  • Promoted to Office Manager where I ensured the smooth functioning of the office, planned events such as happy hours, and company outings, coordinated deliveries and repairs, and helped revise the on-boarding process.
