  • Managing a portfolio of more than $170 million over 7 years for the region of Badakhshan, Afghanistan. 
  • Dealing with major donors agencies including CIDA, USAID, KFW EC, SDC, Belgian Embassy, Norwegian Foregin Office, Norwegian Embassy, DFID, AKDN, PATRIP ( Pakistan- Afghanistan- Tajikistan Regional Integration Program), FAO, DubaiCares, GIZ, PRT,SIDA, UNODC, MRRD Afghanistan etc 
  • Supervising a team of Finance Managers for the entire region of Badakhshan. 
  • Directly involved in the management and strategic decisions of the organization at Regional and National level.  
  • Represented the organization in International Conferences.
