Team Leader, Food Service Sales II and SAP  Hybris Marketing Projects

As Team Lead Irma is leading project team, which is implementing C4C CRM software. LSP is program presenting 5 Sales and Promotion projects. Irma is currently leading Sales and Marketing teams  and ensuring that a Solution Development Teams function as a whole and meets its objectives.

Duties: 

  • Ensure all Agile Project Management activities are performed according guidelines: stand up meetings, sprint change activities, restrospectives, backlog updates, scrum wall updates, burn down charts.

  • Help the team improving progress by doing anything team lead is capable of;

  • Ensure the Product Breakdown, the Product Backlog and the findings in the project team are in sync;

  • Ensure new requirements get documented and gets prioritized in the product backlog;

  • Ensure deliverables are exchanged between teams (if multiple teams);

  • Report to project management and give input to/manage risks, issues, etc;

  • Ensure Project Management is updated on new, relevant findings;

  • Lead the team and relevant contributors and stakeholders on the way to constant improvement;

  • Participate in Marketing Project Planning workshops (for Protino), set the structure for project plan and deliverables;

  • Create team sites on SharePoint;

  • Train employees in using Jira;

  • Test AFI CRM solution using SOLMAN methodology.

During her Team Lead career Irma was also appointed to take over Test Manager´s role. The duties as Test Manager included coordinating test activities, preparing test plans, coordinating team during testing weeks, preparing for test kick-off, supporting test team in writing test cases and testing the solution. Introducing team in working with defects using Jira and Solution Manager.

Furthermore, Irma has been taking part in Template Management Project, where she developed process flows according to APQC standards.

HR Transformation Assistant, Project Clarity

As HR Transformation assistant Irma was working in Project Clarity. Project Clarity was a cross organisational and global business program introduced to design and enable optimized HR service structures to all parts of Arla organisation. The program implemented automated global HR processes, optimized workflows and accurate reporting.

Duties: 

  • Support the Project Manager with communication material and stakeholder mapping;
  • Structure and systematize the project using Microsoft Project tool;
  • Follow up on project tasks, milestones and KPIs;
  • Design HR processes to optimise business procedures; 
  • Participate in the implementation of rolling out SAP/SuccessFactors modules (Resourcing&Mobility, Onboarding, Bonus/Compensation, Learning, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employment Lifecycle Data Management);
  • Support process owners in the development of the solution;
  • Support hypercare and ensure that the benefits from the new solutions are applied correctly to support the overall operations of the organization;
  • Participate in the on-going development of the application;
  • Help implement and launch the system to all Arla core countries;
  • Prepare training materials and conduct classroom and online training;
  • Create and manage all related key documents(BPWs, extended/user guides, process maps);
  • Participate in identifying business and functional requirements in the future state process design and ensuring clear-cut IT processes in global organisation;
  • Participate in performing fit gap between technology(SuccessFactors, SAP Portal) and the business processes;
  • Build intranet pages using SharePoint functionality;
