Since I was a kid I love travel, getting in contact with new places and cultures and the most important getting in contact with people.

I’ve worn many hats in my career: tester, test lead, pre-sales manager, business analyst and project manager on worldwide projects. As a result I have developed unique ability to manage multi-cultural projects and navigate complex challenges. But experience has taught me that my professional strengths are:

  • Every success is based on team collaboration and communication. People are more engaged if they believe in success of their work. I am a leader not only a manager.
  • Lot of people have big ideas and potential. Execution is what matters, and I do execution and delivery.
  • Understanding means fewer missteps. Missteps cost a fortune (time and money).
  • I run towards fire.
  • Smile is my logo and personality my business card.

One CEO that I get in touch with shared me two of his company motto as professional and personal advices: “If plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters” and “Create a life which you don’t need a vacation from”. I just love them.
