My current position is as a recruitment consultant for an agency which mission is finding of multilingual talents across Europe for different positions  distributed in different fields like : BPO, IT, Healthcare services Financial services and Telecom.

My main duties include:

- Writing a job adds and publishing them in different recruitment channels;

- Checking the published job adds and the applied candidates;

- Having interviews with successful candidates;
- Preparation of the candidates about the process and providing detailed information about the suggested positions.
- Trying to match the every of my candidates with the best profile;

- Keeping our clients satisfied by our services by providing the best candidates who fit their open positions.
