Joined in Administrative Assistant After joining this company the main challenge to me was establishing a proper filing system, Which I did in the first week of my Job. My further responsibilities includes: Preparation of daily invoices. Ensure all deliveries to subscribers and suppliers. Ensure to keep the file box in order and recorded for all the time for all important document and delivery notes. Facilitate and prepare renewal of quotations and send to subscribers on time. Follow up on all subscribers and renewal of quotations and ensure they receive the proper quotation. Assist and guide subscribers/customers with respect to all their queries, complaints and other concerns. Prepare quotation upon the request of subscribers. Preparation of different reports(detailed and summarized).
