I am a native English speaker with both American and Spanish citizenship, and I am looking to acquire a teaching position in which I can put the skills learned throughout my education and past work experiences to use. I have a four year college degree in English, and I am TEFL certified.

Worked directly under store manager, responsible for: opening/closing store, ordering merchandise, supervising inventory and managing employees, as well as day to day floor and customer service duties.

Teaching Experience

  • Assistant Teacher (2008): Assisted teaching an English class (5-6 years old). Managed classroom, as well as planned and executed lessons and field trips at La Farga School in Barcelona.                                                                 
  • Conversation Tutor (2013-2015): Participated in a special course (TSL 3646) in which I worked with ESL students attending the University of Central Florida. Taught language and literature, while discussing differences in culture and educational systems. After the course I continued volunteering as a tutor.  
  • Guest Teacher (2015): Guest taught four, one hour long classes at IEA Oriol Martorell Institut Artistic Escola  in Barcelona.  
  • Art Education (2015-2016): Volunteer at Snap, an art gallery in Orlando, Florida. Helped with installations, as well as museum and art education


Business: Writing/ editing, Marketing, managing, retail operations and customer service. 

Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe,  and all Apple products. 

Personal: Creative, able to work independently or in a team setting, good communication and interpersonal skills.
