  • Led the sales efforts for one of the fastest growing PC companies as VP of Sales which grew from startup to $500M+ in 10 year period. Opened first five stores, founded educational and international sales which contributed $1M+ per month in first year in each channel. Recruiting and managing team, building relationships (internal and external), and driving revenue/profit were core competencies. 
  • Facilitated 250+ board meetings with business owners of varying industries, coached and mentored business owners in 2000+ coaching sessions as trusted key advisor .  
  • Founded telecom related business and grew over 11 years  then successfully negotiated and sold for $2.6M.  
  • Turned around struggling semiconductor equipment business to go from $1M to $10M in three year period  as Director of Sales , then COO.  Closed $1.2M order within 6 weeks of initial hire which reestablished profitability. 
  • Trained in UnCommon Sense sales process, sales management process, and recruiting process, and practiced as a producer, also taught as a coach to sales teams, and led numerous leadership teams in SWOT exercises to establish strategy and priorities across organizational functions.
  • Purchased local court reporting firm in 2007, transitioned to regional agency, then successfully sold in 2014 to largest court reporting firm in the world.
