- Ensure compliance of the SLA´s and KPI´s under agreement with other areas.

- In charge of corrective action application and responsible for all termination process working along with legal advisor to follow up labor cases. Coordinate employee’s motivational activities, celebrations and obtaining new benefits to ensure a good working environment in the organization.
- In charge of Labor Satisfaction and Communication Programs. Lead and manage the development of processes and policies in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource Development and Employee and Labor Relations. Start up and Development of English Academy program as a business unit responsible of supplying candidates with English level and Customer Service skills to Recruitment. Development and implementation of the annual budget. Definition of pay scales for new accounts while ensuring the profit margin of the organization.
