  • Responsible for development and execution of new hearing aid features test plans
  • Responsible fordevelopment and execution of RF and Audio statistical analysis test plan to quantify and reduce manufacturing variations of a new wireless hearing aidaccessory.
  • Led PMO schedule creation process improvement initiatives reducing the overhead to create schedules for new product releases.
  • Project Manager for Signals and Systems Division’s new product development projects with budgets of 2 million each.  I successfully managed 5 hearing aid product releases.
  • Managed system verification and integration activities for Hearing Aid hardware, firmware and software.
  • Lead cross functional team evaluations of new wireless firmware algorithms and wireless accessories.
  • Participated in multiple kaizen/lean product development activities resulting in improved product development process.
  • Managed firmware development project consisting of Wirelessand Digital Signal Processing Groups to support Starkey’s firstwireless hearing aid product.
  • Presented weekly project status including: timeline, issues, risks, and resource allocation data to project team and upper management.
  • Brought a cost reduction to hearing aid product production by $400,000 annually.
  • Expanded the Starkey product line to include lower cost alternatives and entry level OTE hearing aid products for government tenders and to offer more competitive pricing which increased OTE overall sales from 1,000/week to 1,200/week.
