This SDLC Implementation employed a Nortel solution, Intelligent Call Routing, Oracle Reporting System, and integrated with the BellSouth back end using offshore developers • Orchestrated Cisco, GeoTel, and E-Talk software and application systems integration into an existing Network • Successfully planned and implemented a $9.5M, four site, CTI Remittance Processing System for Qwest Communications, upselling the project to $12 million and adding 10% to gross margin • Creatively mentored a Project Internet and Telecom, Loan Application automation. • Planned and directed the BellSouth/Accenture/EDS e-business/IT Integrated Dispatch System (IDS) program. Architecture was comprised of a GUI front-end written in Visual Basic for WIN 95, 98, & NT. The back-end was HP-UX 11.0 running on a cluster of HP – K580s, V2500s, D350s, & D390s. The server application was written in C++ with Oracle 8.0 as the DBMS. Effectively completed project resulting in all $40K repair trucks performing an added two calls per day at no added cost. • Directed the interface and conversion to the new Telcordia telecom dispatch product with nine existing BellSouth applications as a Consultant to Accenture Consulting within budget and schedule. • Directed the project analysis and development of an IT Pilot Project proposal that resulted in the addition of $6M of new business for Accenture Consulting.

Directed IT programs concept definition, organization and planning structure for International Fiber Optics Network Portfolio of programs for 14 switch locations at $6M per project. • Personally generated the initial set of processes and procedures for Operations, Engineering, and Programs/ Projects Management as the company started doing business. This baseline methodology provided efficiency of estimating and implementation of the various switch sites.

• Provided program concept definition/organization/planning for the Long Distance Program and subordinate projects to BellSouth Telecommunications Company. $25M, and 75-member project. • Planned and directed the Long Distance 800 Calling Card IT/telecommunications program, and mentored the core team in project management techniques. The results of this New Product Development project placed BellSouth in the Long Distance business. • Structured the unbundled Network Elements Program/processes to provide increments of BellSouth’s network to CLECs including ports, switches, loops, tariff planning, etc. $10M, 30-member team. • Successfully directed 6-person, $500K project to improve BellSouth’s volume and revenue forecasting. Enabled BellSouth Forecasters to accurately project Market Share volume and revenue.
