I worked in the "Antenna Centre of Excellence (ACE)" research project, which is a network of excellence funded by the European Union that deals with the antenna function of radio systems. I was involved in the smart antenna systems activity, which coordinated the research on smart antenna and MIMO systems. In particular:

  • Participated in the following research activities:
    • Performance evaluation of MIMO algorithms, especially for reducing the hardware complexity.
    • Application of MIMO techniques to Wireless Sensor Networks
  • Participated in the project meetings
  • Co-authored the project deliverables
  • Assisted in the management of the project that had been assigned to the University of Piraeus
