·Responsible for recruiting, identifying, negotiating, interviewing candidates for open positions company-wide.
·Sourced candidates via internal database, referrals, Internet (i.e. Monster, Dice, Career builder, NetTemps, etc.) and industry contacts to ensure a quick turnaround on all open positions.
·Responsible for developing relationships with external partners for contracting and other staffing needs.
·Negotiate candidate compensation from initial hire through pay rate increases within compliance of company gross profit standards.
·Co-ordinate with Account managers and Account coordinators concerning new positions, clarification on new requirements, feedback on candidates, setting up interviews and acceptance offers from candidates.
·Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and existing employees for referrals and future placement.
·Good knowledge in US Work Authorization and Employment Definitions (H1B, TN, J-1, Permanent Resident, Citizen).
·Successfully placed candidates for contract, contract to direct hire and direct hire positions.
·Maintaining the database of each and every candidate for further proceedings and future requirements.
·Ensure consistency and fairness in the recruitment process, meeting the organization’s objectives and legal guidelines. Market the company to candidates, present benefits information and address any issues/concerns with candidates.
·Placed all levels of candidates from System Architects, Project Mangers, Programmer/Analysts, Business Analysts and Help Desk.
·Weekly reporting responsibility includes: Number of Submittal, candidates in pipeline, recruitment stats, and hiring statistics.
