Implemented a Strategic Sales & Marketing Plan for Michigan State University’s Brook Lodge Resort and Conference Center.

Organized and conducted sales calls, market research and development in order to recruit new clients and expand sales contracts; implemented manner in which to utilize and communicate the results through reports analysis and meetings.

Designed the sales and marketing programs; responsible for contracts across all operating departments with an emphasis on corporate, conventions, leisure, social, government, golf and weddings accounts.

Provided leadership to assure sales and marketing goals were achieved; oversaw the daily operation and events of the sales and marketing team.

Property won awards in 2008 & 2009 The Knots “Best of Weddings”, 2009 Wedding Wire’s “Bride’s Choice” and 2009 finalist in Michigan for “Best of Team Building Venue”
